2025 Annual Retreat: Summer Fun
Join us as we celebrate Summer Fun at this year’s quilting retreat! We’ve added an extra
night, extending the retreat to three nights of creativity, relaxation, and camaraderie.

Registration: First-come, first-served
Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks to share!
Retreat Fees
Overnight Retreaters – $232*
Includes:
- Lodging: 3 nights in a shared room (2 people) at $45/night (includes continental
breakfast & retreat space) - Meals: 3 dinners ($15 each), 2 lunches ($11 each), 1 Sunday brunch ($10)
- Extras: Name tag & goodie bag ($20)
Daytime Quilters – $147
Includes:
- Retreat space: $50
- Meals: 3 dinners ($15 each), 2 lunches ($11 each), 1 Sunday brunch ($10)

Payment & Registration
- A 50% deposit is due at registration on May 1st or later.
- Make checks payable to MPQG.
- Submit your registration and deposit to Celeste Hauser at the May 1st guild meeting or
mail to 2218 Academy Rd, Minot, ND 58703. Any registrations received before May 1st will be returned. - The remaining balance is due by July 23. Important: We must confirm attendance with Metigoshie Ministries two weeks before
arrival. If full payment is not received by July 23, your spot will be forfeited, and your
deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for family or medical emergencies. All other cancellations must
be made by July 23.
