QUILT SHOW ENTRY GUIDELINES

The 2024 Minot Prairie Quilt festival board has had to make some changes for our upcoming quilt show in April. This year we have decided to go back to the Grand Hotel, with this change comes a smaller venue space. The 2024 board has had to make the difficult decision to limit quilt sizes to 325″ in perimeter or less. We know this is disappointing, but wanted you to be aware of this change now. The Quilt Show entry categories will be announced in January with the release of our 2024 festival catalog.

An entry form must be submitted for each item entered. You may enter as many categories as you wish; however only one entry is allowed per category. An entry fee of $7.00 for guild members and $10.00 non-members, needs to accompany EACH quilt submission and entry form. There is no entry fee for the “youth” category. Be sure to complete one entry form and pay $7.00 or $10.00 for each quilt entered.

Entry forms must be received by March 21, 2024
Please mail forms to:

The Festival Committee reserves the right to place entries in more appropriate categories. The judge may award duplicate ribbons in any category and reserves the right not to award ribbons if specific category criteria have not been met. All judged entries will receive a written evaluation.

The Minot Prairie Quilt Guild and the Grand Hotel will not be responsible for damages, loss, or theft of any article during the Quilt Show. During show hours, guild members will patrol the display area. After hours the show room is locked, and security will be provided.
