Basic Supplies

The specific supplies needed for each class will be provided to registrants with their confirmation letters. Some of the general supplies needed for the classes are as follows:

SEWING KIT:
Includes such things as needles, pins, thimbles, matching and/or neutral color threads, fabric scissors, paper scissors, seam ripper, pen-cils or other marking tools, tape measure, etc. Choose things which you use in your basic sewing.

SEWING MACHINE:
Must be in good working order. Include extra (filled) bobbins, extra needles, owner's manual, accessory box, and extension cord. Be sure to check class supply list for any special accessories required.

ROTARY EQUIPMENT:
Includes the rotary cutter (extra blades), a cutting mat, and various cutting rulers. Be sure to include any ruler which may be specified in the class supply list. Please be considerate of the mat size you bring to class and limit the size to 17 x 23-inches.

OPTIONAL:
Direct lighting with extra extension cords, carrying cases for all equipment. Paper (note pad) and pens to write down any ideas. Any other items you feel necessary for a weekend of quilting.
