We are so glad to be hosting the 15th Annual Minot Prairie Quilt Festival and even happier you’ve chosen to be a part of it.

This year’s Festival promises to be as exciting as ever as we welcome back our friends, Harriet Hargrave and quilt judge Kate Eelkema and say a warm hello to new friend, Debbie Caffrey. Our national teachers have made their marks in the quilting world and we are honored to have them here.

We hope you enjoy the many beautiful quilts displayed, visit the merchant mall for your shopping needs, relax between classes in the tea room and have fun bargain hunting in the flea market. Festival is a great time to catch up with old friends and make new ones who share a love of quilting.

Please take some time to visit the booth of our featured quilter, Sally Mosser, to enjoy her talents and celebrate her quilting journey. Sally is an award-winning quilter and a true leader in the Guild and the Festival board.

If you have any questions or need assistance, our board members will be happy to assist you. Just look for someone wearing a navy apron.

As always, we want to make your Festival experience fun and memorable and are always looking for ways to improve. Please be sure to complete a survey form and drop it off on Sunday at the registration table. We do take your comments and suggestions seriously. Also don’t forget to help us save costs and drop your name card holder off at the registration table as well.

Be sure to mark your calendars for our 16th Annual Quilt Festival, March 13-15, 2009, when our national teachers will be Pam Bona and Celine Perkins. We hope to see you then!
